Charity for Action on Spiritual Abuse Request

Organisation Description
We are the Charity for Action on Spiritual Abuse.
We are here to make sure that everyone who experiences harm in a spiritual setting receives high-quality support, from organisations that are well equipped to deliver that support.
We deliver this in three ways:
Supporting survivors through trauma-informed and individual support sessions
Delivering Training. We offer a number of training courses to help faith organisations,
statutory and non-faith voluntary organisations, equipping them to recognise and respond appropriately to spiritual abuse. Faith Organisation training courses focus on what it means to build healthy faith cultures where spiritual abuse is prevented, recognised, and responded to appropriately.
Driving Forward Research and Practice Development. We are committed to seeing research into spiritual abuse develop further. We are committed to research informing practice through knowledge exchange and realistic practice development that is influenced by lived experience.
